Our Story
Peter and Debbie Galway moved to Donegal from Spain with their rescued, adopted family of dogs and cats.
Peter is from Cork; he trained as a plumber and worked in Ireland and England before moving to Spain. Debbie is from Nottinghamshire, England. She was a dental hygienist, hygienist instructor and also taught English as a foreign language in Academies in Spain.

Having searched the length and breadth of Ireland for an ideal property to fulfil their dream. They were lucky to find Blue Moon in the fabulously friendly village of Dunkineely, Donegal.
They took on the task of refurbishing what was once the Blue Moon Hostel and Camping. It has been changed into separate period holiday homes with modern interiors, now known as Blue Moon Self-Catering Accommodation.

Dunkineely is a beautiful place to live and they look forward to sharing this amazing part of Ireland with their visitors where there is a myriad of things to see and do.
